Feedback


As a portal software platform, in addition to the important GIS function modules, iPortal also provides some general function modules, such as News Center and Feedback, to meet the needs of users' actual projects.

News Center

iPortal provides a news management module for administrators to add, edit and publish news. After publishing news, users can enter the "News Center" through the homepage navigation bar to view the published news in the portal.

Feedback

In the process of using iPortal, except for these conventional ways, such as telephone, email, QQ, etc, users can feedback suggestions to the administrator online through the "Feedback" function provided by iPortal.

At the bottom of the iPortal homepage, click "Feedback" to enter the feedback page. Ordinary users (including anonymous users) can browse and search for all feedback items, click "New Feedback" on the right, fill in the following information, and feedback questions about the new function or other improvement suggestions.

After filling in, click "Submit" to complete the feedback. The newly submitted feedback item will be displayed in the feedback list only after being reviewed by the administrator, and the feedback item can only be replied to by the administrator. For details, please refer to Feedback Management.
