iPortal provides administrators with feedback management functions. Feedback submitted by ordinary users (including anonymous users) needs to be reviewed by the administrator, only the approved feedback items will be displayed in the feedback list for users to view. The administrator can reply to the feedback received once. The reply supports modification. Feedback management and review are described in detail below.

Feedback management

After logging in to iPortal, click "Management" > "Feedback" > "Feedback Management" to enter the feedback management page, where the administrator can manage all feedback items received in the portal. Administrator can perform the following actions:

Feedback review

After logging in to iPortal, click "Management" > "Feedback" > "Feedback Review" to enter the feedback review page, where the administrator can review all the feedback items received in the portal to be reviewed. The reviewed feedback no longer appears on the Feedback Review page. Follow-up operations on the reviewed feedback items need to be performed on the feedback management page.
