默认的 WPS 接口实现类。

实现了 WPS 接口定义的 WPS 操作，SuperMap iServer 目前实现了如下 WPS 操作：
1. GetCapabilities，该操作用于获取 WPS 服务的能力（Capabilities）。该操作是必需的。
2. describeProcess，该操作用于生成一个 Schema 描述，该 Schema 描述了 WPS 服务提供的操作信息。该操作是必需的。
3. execute，该操作执行指定的操作。该操作是必需的。
